Q. Does Northern Output have back up equipment?
Each of our departments have backup strategies in place to ensure we can deliver. We arrive at your event with back up equipment in case of unexpected problems.

Q. What happens if there is an unexpected problem?
In the unlikely event of sickness or other unforeseen circumstances, Northern Output will arrange for either our regular back up employees or another trained professional will show up for your event using the same approach and working under the same terms and conditions.

Q. Do you submit websites to search engines?
All websites are submitted to major search engines that offer free submission. At the moment of writing, these include Google, Yahoo and MSN. Inclusion is not guaranteed and could take anywhere from two weeks to two months. For express inclusion you may want to consider a paid service, visit the Search Engine Optimization page.

Q. Can you get my site to the top of the search engine results page?
Half the traffic to most web sites comes from search engine results, which is why a lot of people are working hard to stay on top of what search engines are doing. However, because the algorithms are changed often and differ a great deal from one search engine to the next, no one can guarantee your placement.

Nonetheless, there are ways to improve your web site's popularity, its search engine friendliness and thus positioning of your web site in search engine listings. Q. Will you provide hosting service and a domain name?
Once your website has been designed, it must be hosted on a server so that it can be accessed over the Internet.  You will also need a domain name for your website (www.YourCompany.com).  We provide website hosting, an e-mail service and can take care of all the details for you. Q. What is colour corrected and light balanced?
We shoot in digital RAW format which most studios do not like to do since there is more work to store and process these large files. It is similar to processing film in a dark room, and is a necessary step to improve an already great photograph. Once the file comes out of the camera, it goes to a digital imaging specialist who does colour correction and light balancing. The output is a high resolution print ready JPEG or TIFF which can produce large high quality prints.

Q. Can I pay by credit card or cheque?
You can pay by VISA, Master Card, American Express or Pay Pal online. Our preferred form of payment is by company cheque, money order, or a bank draft.
